Access Staffing was
formed in 1998...but behind it is over 38 years of Information
Technology experience and technical recruiting specializing
in the Information Technology field.
After 11 years with IBM in both technical (software development,
quality assurance, systems engineering) and marketing positions,
and 16 year as a Managing Director with a major IT recruiting
firm, I had hopefully learned a few things about IT and IT recruiting,
and wanted to do provide a better service to the IT community
than I was seeing other recruiting firms providing.
• When you work with Access Staffing, you work
with me...not a trainee, not a sales person with no IT background,
not a recruiter recruiter who thinks only of 'today' and
not your best interests.
• When you call, we return your call as soon
as we get it. It amazes me when I hear from clients or candidates
that they never heard back from their headhunter. If it's
good news, bad new or no news...we will get back to you.
• When you need career advice, we can offer it.
Having been in the IT field before becoming a recruiter,
I understand what you do, the technology you use and what
is important in advancing your career or finishing your
projects.
If you are looking for personalized and professional assistance
in searching for new opportunities or hiring for your staff,

To VP from HR Director:
"If you are having trouble filling this position, I’d highly
recommend that you contact Jim at Access Staffing. He has a
unique ability to pull things out of a hat…he’s the one person
who can find the person you need." |
"You are the first “headhunter” I’ve ever spoken to who
seems to know what you are doing, understands what I do, and
handles things professionally…I trust you to look out for my
best interests."
